Directional control, the Peristaltic Ink Pump with Quick-Change Head can accommodate almost any Press configuration.

This new pump is based upon the dependable design Of our current Peristaltic Pumps, a design that has Been press room-proven for more than 10 years.
It is available as a retrofit option for splash resistant Peristaltic Pumps manufactured after January 1, 2005.

“QuickChange” Motor System for Centrifugal Ink Pump

A simple pin and retaining clip feature of the “QuickChange” system allows the removal of expensive motors from the pump without tools, speeding job changeover. Motor connection is via an aluminium housing that disperses heat and features wider-spaced bearings that enhance stability and load, resulting in longer bearing life.

Using the “QuickChange” system, printers can save time and money by having two pumps and the one motor. After removal from the pump in service, the motor can then be switched to clean the pump body and immediately be put back into service.

Simple three step system:
1. Pull pin and remove motor
2. Remove bearing cartridge
3. Send pump to cleanup

Once removed from the housing, the self-contained cartridge won’t be exposed to the harsh cleaning process, extending service life. In the event the bearing requires service, the self-contained cartridge can be removed press side, a spare one inserted, and the pump is only out of service for a few minutes.
