MANUAL - WHAT DO WE MEAN?
This means that the turntable of the manual pile turners, once it is horizontal, is rotated manually by hand.

The operator controls the manual pile turners by pressing individual control buttons for each motion of the pile turner. The Aerating & Jogging System is automatic and has programmable settings for aeration intensity, vibration intensity and number of aerating laps etc. The settings may be saved for each typical job. This function enables the operator to leave the pile turner when the aerating and jogging sequence is running.

The manual pile turners may be combined with various options and upgrade possibilities.

HIGH CAPACITY PILE TURNER
The new generation Albo System 1000 turns the pile by simultaneously clamping the platforms, tilting and rotating the turntable. In one single fast and smooth motion, the pile is moved into the aerating position. In combination with the standard programmable Aerating & Jogging System, this results in a high speed and high function pile turner. In comparison to conventional pile turners, the cycle time for turning, aerating and jogging is considerably reduced.

MOTORISED TURNTABLE
AS1000 is equipped with a motorised turntable for the convenience of the operator.

SINGLE CONTROL OPERATION
All operating sequences for turning, aerating and jogging are pre-programmed and the selected programs are executed with one single control, the Safeball. This "hold-to-run" device confirms the AS1000's safety in operation.

AUTOMATIC PILE TURNERS!
Our automatic models are fully equipped and execute the job without the presence of an operator. Turning, aerating and jogging can be efficiently performed by just pressing the start button. The pile turner then executes one of the pre-programmed sequences for turning, aerating and jogging. All automatic pile turners are supplied with a protection fence and photocell safety system.

IN-LINE PILE TURNERS!
The automatic models may also be installed in automatic production lines and
integrated with conveyor systems. Typical applications are for die-cutter
lines in the folding carton and corrugated board industries, and in
packaging lines at paper mills.
