LOADING

The manual loading of cutting machines or of other processing devices means a strenuous effort to the operating staff.
Our machines support the loading process and can be fitted ergonomically to the needs of the staff.

BLA - The BLA is equipped with a swivelling knife cylinder. Due to this the loading table is only as big as the maximum paper size that has to be worked on.
SHP - Hydraulic pile lift SHP is equipped with a light barrier for automatic checking of the heigth standardly
BFAP - Blas und Fächerautomat BFAP as SHP but with an additional air blowing at the sides
New type of pile/pallet truck lift SHH-TE with light scanner for optical levelling control, also to load and unload high shelfes. Lifting height up to 3 m.

JOGGING
The highlights of our joggers are: the high impact strength of the paper stops allows intensive loading shortens the jogging times and ensures a high precision even for the most difficult of stock types (according to our customers up to 15% increase in efficiency).
BRP with pneumatical press roller, tilting sidelay on both sides manual or automatical. (BRPA). Programme controlled by operation panel.

TRANSPORT
All our system elements show the experience of decades in the construction and manufacturing of production lines and special equipment. Air tables FEL, Rear loading Units BAH, Feeding Units VOR and Gripper/Pusher Transport Systems GPS increases the workflow and the productivity:
Packing tables FOL (without air nozzles)
Air tables FEL for further transport of stacks in standard sizes (construction set) and special sizes. Packing tables FOL are without air nozzles. Table surface in stainless steel or RESOPAL
Feeding unit VOR for automatic material transport for shorter and longer distances.
Rear loading unit BAH for automatic material transport to the rear side of a guillotine.
Gripper/Pusher Transport Systems GTS/GPS are picking up layers from table, joggers air-board lifts, sort-buffers or automatic loading units and high speed transporting them onto the front or rear table of the High-Speed Cutting machines.

STORING / BUFFERING

Storing and buffering of cutting material means an enormous saving of time and therefore a better utility of the cutting capacity. For vertical storing, the air-board lift LBL, the Sort-buffer SP or the 5-shelf storing system are the right choice depending on the customers need and workflow. For horizontal buffing the BAH is the best option to build all amounts of buffing stations (according to the available space).
Air-board lift LBL for vertical buffing of cutting materials in layers before or after cutting. Especially developed for label printers and to be used when separate jogging stations are necessary.
Sort-buffer SP for buffing vertical layers. The material is transferred automatically to the front for further working process. Available with 6 or 10 shelfs
5-shelf storing system SSR for buffing of 5 vertical reams, in combination with, feeding unit VOR automatical feeding to the cutting machine, extremly space saving.
For horizontal storing. The transport system BAH in combination with air transport unit FEL

UNLOADING

Manual unloading of the cutting material means a strenous effort and does not result in a quality and reliability. With the unloading unit of MZE this can be done quick and reliable on the repilling lift SHPA or with the accoridng paper stop or fully automatical on the re-pilling unit RSA.
Unloader SHPA with plattform. Paper stop in the back and on the sides, optical leveling control by means of a light scanner, movable without load, loading up to max. 2.000 kg for all paper sizes.
Automatical re-pilling unit RSA, airtable made from high-grade steel with fan, program controlled by display, unloading heigth 1.100, 1.300, 1.450 or 1.700 mm.
