ECOFLEX 260mm and 330mm Series
The newest range of presses from Rotatek. Available in flexo, UV flexo, with combination rotary screen and foil. The quick change system, featuring the use of cartridges, makes the ECOFLEX press most suitable to the short/mid run markets in which many European converters compete. The press is capable of converting materials as diverse as thin film, up to lightweight board. 360° motorised registration is standard on this press.

NEWFLEX 430mm and 510mm Series
Catering for the larger run market, these presses feature chambered double doctor blade assemblies, with fast and easy, precise adjustments of the plate roll and anilox roll.

Both presses are built to a very high standard, with full length double side frames and 22HP motor drive, for precise register work on a day-in day-out multiple shift basis.

RTK 330 Slitter/Inspection/Rewind Machine
To complement the above press range, Rotatek also offer the RTK 330 slitter/inspection/rewind machine. The machine can be supplied as a simple rewinder, or as a sophisticated inspection/rewinder, depending on the customers requirements. As an option, the machine can be supplied with a rotary die cut and waste srtipping unit for the production of blank labels.
