Theisen
& Bonitz collators can handle flat sheet formats in the size range
6.5 cm x 10 cm up to 102 x 72 cm for a wide variety of stock types, ranging
from 18 – 1000gsm.
With an array of features including missing & double sheet detectors,
SPS Programme Control, and Programmable collating and booklet making,
Theisen & Bonitz Collators offer the optimum production solutions.
Both tb Sprint and tb Flex versions offer 3 pile variants – flat pile – variable pile – high pile – with the tb Flex offering belt transport , dual direction running and multi synchronisation of pile feed for high speed production of brochures and CD / DVD booklets.
All Theisen & Bonitz systems can incorporate a QSM stitch – fold
– trim system with either single fore edge trimming , or complete 3
knife trimming, to allow high efficiency production of stitched booklets and
brochures from printed flat sheets.
Also available are numbering, filing hole punching, and profile shaped punching
ancillary equipment.
